The GSRC Steering Committee is currently seeking sponsorship in support of this amazing event. If you or someone you know would like to sponsor this event, we encourage you to reach out.
Sponsorship levels
Conference sponsorship supports graduate students to develop the essential skills needed to investigate and contribute to our complex world. It is a commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and diversity in graduate education in Canada. Students credit the conference as a unique opportunity to showcase research skills and discuss how their research impacts communities.
The sponsorship levels for this in-person and virtual event include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Ally. All sponsorship benefits include:
- Logo placement on event website and around conference venue
- Tiered sponsor logo displayed prominently in the event program
- Recognition during the event on the main stage
Additional sponsors level benefits are outlined in the sections below.
Ally
- Tailored sponsorship package benefits to meet the needs of the sponsor. Additional benefits could include items such as newsletter marketing, short 5-minute talk and/or booth set up at event, and other.
- Allied sponsorship includes the commitment from the sponsor of providing ongoing support for the Graduate Student Research Conference over a multi-year period.
Platinum, $10,000
- Tailored sponsorship package benefits to meet the needs of the sponsor. Additional benefits could include items such as newsletter marketing, short 5-minute talk and/or booth set up at event, and other.
Gold, $7,500
- Six Complimentary conference registration tickets.
- Citation or logo placement sponsoring one of the following: Friday evening social event, Saturday lunch, or the Keynote Speaker.
- Promotional pamphlets, swag, and items can be made available at registration/check in desk.
Silver, $5,000
- Three complimentary conference registration tickets.
- Citation or logo placement sponsoring the Saturday and Sunday coffee breaks.
- Weather sponsor (in the event we have good weather, the credit goes to you!)
Bronze, $2,000
- One complimentary conference registration ticket.
Gifts in Kind
Your support fosters a valuable learning experience for our students! We welcome gifts as an alternative way to support the conference such as:
- Company promotional items for virtual swag bags
- Monetary award to be used towards tuition
- Items for draws
