Information
for Presenters

Each paper presenter will have 15 minutes to speak on their topic, and following there will be 5 minutes for questions from the audience.

Presenters and attendees can view posters throughout the conference and ask/answer questions when the poster presenter is present.

Technical support will be available for presenters.  All rooms are equipped with a PC laptop, projector, screen and microphone.  PC laptops have Windows and Microsoft Office software and all presenter files used must be compatible with those programs.  Laptops will be pre-connected with the rooms internal AV system.

All presentation files will be submitted through the abstract system prior to the conference, and we recommend that presenters bring backup presentation content on a USB key.  We recommend that presenters also email presentations to themselves as a backup.
