The conference is at the Doubletree by Hilton, located at 16615 109th Avenue North West Edmonton, Alberta, T5P 4K8.
A block of rooms is available for Friday October 25 and Saturday October 26 at the rate of $165.00 for Deluxe 2 Queen (room type) with Single/double occupancy or Deluxe 1 King (room type) with Single/double occupancy.

- The rate is subject to 5% GST, 4% Tourism Levy and 3% DMF, and are subject to change without notice.
- A $10.00 charge will apply for each extra adult to a maximum of 4 adults per room.
- Guests can book the conference rate up to 3 days before and 3 days after the conference, subject to guestroom availability.
- September 25, 2024, is the final date to reserve a room under the conference block rate. Bookings after that date will be charged at the public rate.

Check In/Check Out
- Hotel check in time is 4:00pm and check out is by 12:00PM.
- Guests will be required to provide a credit card to check in. The credit card will be pre-authorized for incidentals at $50/00/day in addition to room and taxes for the entire stay.
Reservation Cancellation
Reservations must be cancelled through the Reservations Department 48 hours prior to arrival. Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 48 hours prior to arrival, or failure to occupy the room will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax.
